The technological equipment of the Company is designed for making elements of non-standardised shapes and dimensions. The KEBEK Company provides its manufacturing capacity in the following spheres of metal processing. The production programme of the machining shop concentrates on manufacturing standardised parts with atypical dimensions, non-standardised parts or parts with non-standardised shapes. The production programme of the pressing shop concentrates on cold-mould follow-die mass production.

Cold moulding of metal sheets

The production programme concentrates a cold-moulding mass production in follow-die single-element or multiple-element pressing tools. The production is based on the particular customer`s drawing and specimen specifications.

Automatic Packaging Machine

This packaging is convenient for all kinds of fine loose material, plastic and metal moulded pieces (the so-called C-elements). The hand-operated feeder can insert non-loose materials in each package, e.g. operating procedures or cables.

Machining Shop

The production programme concentrates on manufacturing standardised pieces with atypical dimensions, non-standardised pieces or pieces with non-standardised shapes. The technological equipment consists of three types of CNC milling machine centres which can effectively produce one piece or up to a medium series of ten thousand pieces.
