Quality of Goods on Offer

The basic step towards eliminating problems with poor quality goods is systematic collection, assessment and co-operation with our suppliers.

The purchasing department regularly assesses all suppliers’ basic parameters. These parameters are, in particular, the number of non-conformities found in the input technical inspection, as well as the speed of deliveries and reactions to requests as well as much more. In accordance with such parameters the suppliers not only assess, but also discuss the relevant remedial measures with them. In accordance with an assessment, the input technical inspection is automatically made more or less strict.

A technical inspection department was established in 1999 to meet all the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. The task of technical inspection is to minimise the risk that goods will be received and then sent to customers even though they do not meet the requirements set by the relevant standard, drawing or ordering conditions of the customer. Unless specific inspection conditions are agreed with a customer, input technical inspections of products are performed in accordance with the ČSN EN ISO 3269, ČSN ISO 2859, 8422 and 8423 standards.

When preparing an order, warehouse operatives perform an inter-operation inspection. In the last stage of dispatch before packaging, goods are subjected to an output technical inspection.
