Tomorrow`s Technology Makes Operations More Effective

The premises consist of an administration building, a retail shop, a subsequent complex of warehouses and an independent production plant.

1. The administration building serves as the head office of the entire holding. It is the seat of the Company management and economical and business departments which provide services to our strategic customers throughout the commodities. The business section employs seventy-three workers.

2. The shop serves to smaller and medium-sized companies, craftsmen and tradesmen through cash and noncash sales in a region consisting of four to five counties. Five workers provide a comfortable self-service retail sale.

3. Storage areas represent an important asset for the Company. Over 15,000 items in 29,688 independent storage positions are stocked there, assisted by the latest automatic HRL and ARL warehousing technologies. Twenty-three warehousemen currently work in the warehouses.

4. Production premises. The production premises realise approximately 5% of the Company`s output. The manufactory is equipped with four lines of eccentric presses which are used for cold moulding of metal sheets, three modern CNC milling centres and an automatic line. The manufacturing section employs forty-two people.

The Company Director s Profile

Ing. Dalibor Bek (born in Karlovy Vary in 1964) is the majority owner and director of the holding company. He established the Company together with his father as a family enterprise shortly after graduating from the Faculty of Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague.

The Company was established in 1992 by Bohuslav Bek and his son Ing. Dalibor Bek as a purely Czech family enterprise. The KEBEK Company has been operating in the Sever Industrial Zone in a newly built complex in Pražská Street, Chomutov since 1996.

Scope of Operation

Besides the Czech Republic, where the Company has been active since its establishment, it has operated on the Slovak market since 1997 and on the Hungarian market since 2006. The wholesale trade operates throughout the territory of the respective country and in industrial zones and is supplemented with a network of regional branches.
