Fixings - from Craftsmen to the Peak of Industry
The Company represents one of the most important importers of fixings in the Czech Republic. It currently possesses stock amounting to CZK 110 million in more than 15,000 items. The total offer of standard fixings according to the DIN, ČSN and EN ISO regulations exceeds 40,000 items and the Company delivers them to 3,000 customers throughout the Czech Republic.
With its variable setup of services, the Company is able to approach large engineering manufacturers together with the smaller craftsmen and tradesmen in the regions. The largest customers are attended by means of the Kanban logistic system; mostly through standard wholesale deliveries or regional shops.
Fasteners
The basic groups of this special fixing category include blind rivets, strength blind rivets, rivet nuts, hand-operated and pneumatic riveting tools and safety rings. We provide all types of blind rivets for holes 2.4-5.0 mm in diameter and 5-50 mm in length. Strength blind rivets: 4.8-19.0 mm in diameter and 9-57 mm in length. Safety rings are used for simple and quick securing of a shaft or a component on a shaft against disengagement.
Self production
Machining Shop
Requirements of the engineering industry customers to provide the highest quality, the highest flexibility and speed of production inspired the Company to build its own production plant for manufacturing machined parts. The production programme concentrates on manufacturing standardised pieces with atypical dimensions, non-standardised pieces or pieces with non-standardised shapes. The technological equipment consists of three types of CNC milling machine centres which can effectively realise production from one piece up to medium series of ten thousand pieces. The entire manufacturing process is based on SPC methods.
Pressing Shop
The production programme concentrates on a cold-moulding mass production in follow-die multiple-element pressing tools. The production is based on the particular customer`s drawing and specimen specifications.

Nord-Lock - Prevention of Loosening Screwed Joints
This is a unique system of securing screwed joints. The one-hundred-percent securing effect is reached by a unique design which increases pre-stress in the joint whenever it is stressed with vibrations. The Nord-Lock consists of a pair of washers that act as a closer wedge. The securing method is standardised according to DIN 25 201. More about the principle:
